Core band: The band features Phil "the blues" Smith on lead guitar & vocals (remember Phil from Shakin' Smith Blues Band, or Buffalo Kingsnake Band?). Don "Muddy Rutters" on rhythm guitar & vocals. Rob Scheuer on drums & vocals (also played in Shakin' Smith Blues Band, Buffalo Kingsnake Band, Stevie B & the Rhythm Rockers, & The Excellos to name a few). Plus, the band normally features Doug "Shakey Leg" Thornton with that "classic blues" harmonica tone. *** The band features a number of bass players with credits too long to list, including: the infamous Mike Reid, who is featured on The Electras "Drivin' It Home" CD on most of the tunes; the experienced & ever-strong Bob Ginter; and the one and only Joe Skinner. *** A new young talent is often featured on keyboards, Patrick Mudd, who plays beyond his years & brings on rounds of applause when he kicks out his hot solos. *** The Electras also often feature special guests, such as Pete Howard, Paul Bruschini, Danny Gambino, Jimmy Wozniak, Dr Z, Mr Conrad, Harmonica John, to name a few.
